Israeli gymnast Victoria Veinberg Filanovsky, who won the gold medal in exercises with clubs, said in an interview with correspondent of Vestnik Kavkaza that organizers have created unique conditions at the FIG Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup in Baku.
"I liked everything here, I liked to perform here, audience, organization, a wonderful arena and very unique conditions. There was a great atmosphere at the tournament," she said.
The gymnast noted that her performance at this World Cup served as a wonderful preparation before the European Championship.
According to the athlete, overall, she is satisfied with her performance, although she made some mistakes.
The FIG Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup is held in Baku on Apr 28-30. 94 gymnasts from 21 countries will participate in it. 37 sportsmen will perform in the individual program, and 57 gymnasts within 10 teams will take part in group exercises. Athletes will compete for 8 medal sets.
