The authorities of the so-called "Nagorno-Karabakh Republic", self-proclaimed at the territories of Azerbaijan, occupied by the Armenian troops, decided to hold Victory Day celebration without fireworks and a concert in Khankendi.
In addition, planned parade will be more modest, and it will be attended by considerably fewer troops, compared to previous years.
They explained such decision by continuing mourning due to large losses, suffered by the Armenian side during April clashes in Nagorno-Karabakh.
