The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry has published a video from the de-occupied village of Veng, the Kelbajar region.
Recall, on November 9, Russian President Vladimir Putin, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a joint statement on the complete cessation of hostilities in Karabakh. Under the agreement, the Aghdam, Lachin and Kelbajar regions must be handed over to Azerbaijan. Agdam and Kelbajar regions were already de-occupied, Lachin to be liberated by December 1.
