Today 13 thousand citizens of Azerbaijan are studying in Russian universities, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Baku Vladimir Dorokhin stated at a meeting with students enrolled in Russian universities.
According to the diplomat, some students come to Russia in the framework of the program of state scholarships from the budget of the Russian Federation. "You are those students," Dorokhin explained.
According to him, students made the right choice by deciding to study in Russia. "Despite all the difficulties, the Russian school is able to uphold high standards of education," Dorokhin believes.
