Today Russian President Vladimir Putin held a traditional meeting with business circles of Russia. During the meeting he stressed that Russia will respond to Western economic sanctions through liberalization and cooperation with other countries.
"Our response to external constraints is an extension of freedom of entrepreneurship, protection of property, and rights of all who are working honestly and doing their business," Tass cites him as saying.
