Russian President Vladimir Putin presented state awards to 40 prominent citizens.
Azerbaijan’s First Deputy Prime Minister Yaqub Eyyubov was presented the Order of Friendship for his "contribution to the development of friendly relations with Russia and strengthening of strategic partnership".
