Vladimir Putin: attack in Ankara is brazen terrorism

Russian President Vladimir Putin in an interview to Vladimir Solovyov described Saturday's double attack in Ankara as a provocation.

"The tragedy that took place in Turkey – I take this opportunity to bring condolences to the Turkish people and the President of Turkey – is, of course, a blatant terrorist attack, a crime with multiple victims, and, of course, is an attempt to destabilize the situation in a friendly country to us, the more so as it was done in the course of an election campaign. A sheer provocation, of course," the Russian president said.
