Russian President Vladimir Putin is to become one of the participants at tomorrow's plenary session of the 12th Annual Meeting of the International Discussion Club ‘Valdai’ in Sochi, the press service of the Kremlin reports.
"This year's meeting of the International Discussion Club ‘Valdai’ is attended by over 130 (90 of them are foreigners) experts and politicians from 30 countries,’’ RIA Novosti cites it.
