Dagestan's Interior Ministry has reported the interim results of the operation ‘Weapon-redemption’, during which citizens voluntarily hand over arms and ammunition available to them to police officers in exchange for a cash consideration.
One 16-caliber BOOM hunting rifle has been submitted in the Nogai district for the moment. In the Khasavyurt district one of the residents has brought 35 7.62 mm ball-cartridges.
