Coronavirus is dangerous for people of all ages, the representative of the World Health Organization (WHO) in Russia, Melita Vujnovic said.
"Coronavirus infection is beyond age. There are infected and dead among young people. The first vulnerability is related diseases," she stressed
According to Vuynovic, young people get sick much less, but everyone should be protected anyway. "In France, for example, 12 young people under the age of 20 are in intensive care units with coronavirus," RIA Novosti quotes the WHO spokeswoman as saying.
