According to the Federal State Statistics Service, as of September 1 the arrears of wages in Russia reached 3.233 billion rubles.
In comparison with August 1st, it fell to 286 million (8.1%).
In most cases – 97.9% – the debt is due to a lack of money in the organization. Russians didn’t receive 3.166 billion rubles. This amount fell by 309 million rubles (8.9%).
