"The water level in the Caspian Sea will stop dropping in 2016. Then it will begin to rise.’’ the director of the Caspian marine scientific research center (KaspMNITs) Sergey Monakhov said today.
"The fall of the sea level will stop in 2016, and then it will increase. We believe that it is about to be 30-40 cm after 6-7 years,’’ the scientist pointed out.
