The representatives of the Italian rhythmic gymnastics team, who won the gold medals of the FIG Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup in Baku in the exercise with five hoops, told to a correspondent of Vestnik Kavkaza, that there are tremendous conditions for the gymnastic tournaments in Baku.
”It is simply amazing to compete here in Baku, because the organization from the first to the last moment, all the people, who organize the tournament, are super! We love this city and these people, and we hope to come here again next year, " the Italian gymnasts stressed.
Also, the athletes shared the joy of winning in the exercise with five hoops. "We are very happy, because we are a new team, this is only our third international competition - and this is a good result already," they said.
The FIG Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup is held in Baku on Apr 28-30. 94 gymnasts from 21 countries will participate in it. 37 sportsmen will perform in the individual program, and 57 gymnasts within 10 teams will take part in group exercises. Athletes will compete for 8 medal sets.
