Today, the deadly car accident took place near the Saghmosavank temple, north of Yerevan, the media reports.
At about 4:30 pm local time, one of the cars of the wedding procession heading to the church drew off the road, hit the stones, a power line and a gas pipe, Shamshyan.com reports.
The victims, the driver and the passenger, were taken to the hospital in Ashtarak by the local residents. However, one of the wounded died without regaining consciousness.
Artashavan and Sagmosavan villages were left without gas.
