The Kremlin press service has announced when Russian President Vladimir Putin will deliver his Address to the Federal Assembly - the event will be held on February 29.
"On February 29, 2024, Russian President Vladimir Putin will deliver his annual Address to the Federal Assembly," the statement reads.
The previous annual address took place in February 2023.
