Iceland became the first country in Europe to lift all internal restrictions on coronavirus. The relevant message was published on the official website of the country’s government.
The message reads that 87% of adults in the country received at least one dose of the anti-coronavirus vaccine, about 60% are fully vaccinated.
Therefore, starting tomorrow in Iceland, it is no longer necessary to observe social distance and wear masks, restrictions on meetings were lifted as well.
