U.S. President Joe Biden has yet to agree to a time and place of fresh talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin, White House spokesperson Jen Psaki said on Thursday.
Psaki was asked if she can confirm President Putin's words that there has been an agreement to have a meeting in Geneva in January.
"There has not been a final agreement on the location or timing at this point in time," Psaki said.
