Wine tourism center opens in Crimea

Winepark wine tourism centre was opened today at the southern coast of Crimea,  the project manager Evgenia Konstantinova informed.

“We really hope that about 100,000 guests will visit us every year,” Konstantinova said, specifying that the park is part of the Mriya Resort & Spa project, RIA Novosti reports.

The centre has its own vineyards of Mourvèdre and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties, as well as several varieties on a site in the Sevastopol region. There is a production facility with high-tech equipment, a museum and a wine bank, observation platforms, tasting rooms, a fruit park and avenues with olives, some of which are 800 and more years old, which were specially brought to Crimea from Israel.
