Well-known businessman of Georgian origin David Yakobashvili has said in an interview with Georgian mass media that he was ready to invest up to $200 million in the Georgian economy.
"I am ready to invest 200 million dollars in the Georgian economy. I hope that will meet with the Prime Minister on this occasion when I am in Georgia with various specific projects," Georgia Online cites him as saying.
Yakobashvili is an owner of the Georgian company Petrocas Energy Limited. A year ago 49% of its shares were sold to Rosneft.
