VK and Sber are in talks to sell the Delivery Club food delivery service, TASS reports, citing a source familiar with the negotiations' course.
"The companies are discussing options for a deal on Delivery Club. One of them involves the service's transfer to Yandex as part of a deal to sell Zen and Novosti", he explained.
According to the source, the final agreements have not been reached yet.
Let us remind you that in April, VK and Yandex signed an agreement on the terms of the sale of Yandex.News and Zen services.
