At the conference 'Yalta European Strategy' in Kiev, Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk stated that he is skeptical about the Minsk Agreement.
"But these are the only agreements that we have," TASS quoted him as saying.
According to him, the conflict has no military solution, but there will be no solution without a strong army.
