Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for International Cultural Cooperation Mikhail Shvydkoy said that it is not planned to postpone the Year of Germany in Russia due to the coronavirus outbreak.
"At the end of August - we are not canceling this date - the Year of Germany will start in Russia, and it will be a huge event, including a cultural one," he said in an Instagram live broadcast.
