Yellow danger level was announced in Moscow on Sunday, July 2, due to bad weather. The same danger level was declared in Tver, Vladimir, Ryazan, Kaluga and Tula regions.
Earlier, the Emergency Ministry has warned about thunderstorm rains in Moscow.
Yellow is the third of five danger levels.
