A fire broke out in the Science and Technology Center for Organic and Pharmaceutical Chemistry of the Armenian National Academy of Sciences in Yerevan this morning.
Armenia's emergency ministry’s press office said that the alarming call was received at 10:01 am local time.
Six firefighting units and a rescue team of the ministry’s anti-crisis center immediately arrived at the scene.
The fire was contained at 10:45, ARKA reported.
