The both attacks on the highway patrol in the Nazran District of Ingushetia were committed by the militants associated with members of ISIS (the terrorist group banned in Russia), head of the region Yunus-Bek Yevkurov said today.
”The militants killed during these attacks and some of the detainees gave an oath of loyalty to ISIS,” Yevkurov told on air of the national television and radio company Ingushetia, RIA Novosti reported.
