US Secretary of State, John Kerry, has said that he was very impressed after a conversation during a meeting with young representatives of Russian civil society.
‘‘I am impressed by young Russian leaders who are working to make Russia a better place and create opportunities in business, culture and science,’’ Kerry wrote on Twitter.
