Young Russian pilots to practice on MiG-29 in Armenia

At the airbase in Erebuni, Armenia, young Russian pilots carry out flights on MiG-29 fighters in adverse weather conditions at high altitudes, the press service of the Southern Military District reported.

"The peculiarity of the performed flights is a limited landing strip and landing the fighters in conditions of close proximity to the state border. In the days of practice, pilots will carry out up to 30 flights with total flying of more than 10 hours," RIA Novosti cited the report.
