This summer the Bakcell Arena stadium in Baku will host a grand festival of youth IB Gencler Festivali.
The organizers of the event are the public association ASAN konulluleri (volunteers of ASAN), Youth Association YAP, the youth center IB Club and the football club Neftchi.
