Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev has appointed a deputy of the Majilis, Zagipa Balieva, as the commissioner for children's rights in the country, the President's press service reports.
"According to the President's order, Majilis deputy of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zagipa Baliyeva was appointed as Ombudsman for Children's Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan,'' RIA Novosti reports.
