The Azerbaijani Defense Minister, Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov, met with his Belarusian counterpart, Lieutenant-General Andrey Ravkov, and the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Kyrgyzstan, Zhanybek Kaparov, in Moscow.
The military cooperation plans between the countries for 2016 were signed during the meetings, APA reports.
