Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky called for negotiations with Russia on ending the crisis.
"The war must end. We need to sit down at the negotiating table — honest, substantive, in the interests of the people, not obsolete murderous ambitions,” Zelensky said, speaking in a video posted on Telegram.
Russia and Ukraine held three rounds of negotiations, first humanitarian corridors were opened on March 8.
