St. Petersburg "Zenith" and Istanbul "Fenerbahçe" signed a cooperation agreement for a period of two years. This is stated in a message posted on the Russian football club's official website.
The agreement provides for cooperation not only between men's and women's football clubs, but also with basketball teams of the Zenit and Fenerbahçe systems.
According to the signed document, the clubs will exchange experience with each other, create training programs and organize friendly matches. Zenit and Fenerbahçe signed an agreement after a charity match in Istanbul.
Let us remind you that last Thursday Türkiye hosted a charity football match between Fenerbahçe and Zenit. The match ended in a 2:2 draw . The funds raised by the organizers of the match will be transferred to Türkiye to provide assistance to the earthquakes' victims.
