A gastronomic festival ”Parade of Nationalities” will be held in Zheleznovodsk on the City Day, the press service of the resort city administration reports.
On Saturday, September 28, at Komsomolskaya Polyana, everyone will have an opportunity to taste Greek papoutsaki, Azerbaijani dolma, Armenian khashlama and Cossack kruglik prepared according to a 300-year old recipe.
The dishes of other cuisines will also be presented at the festival, TASS reports.
