Russia must revive the Committee for State Security (KGB), which operated in the USSR from 1954 till 1991. This proposal was made today by the chairman of the Liberal Democratic Party (LDPR), Vladimir Zhirinovsky, commenting on a series of terrorist attacks carried out today in Brussels.
"We must restore the KGB, so that there were several hundred thousand well-trained officers. It is necessary to take control over all transport communications: airports, railway stations, powerful highways," News.am quoted him as saying.
