A former Acting Governor of the Kaliningrad territory, Evgeniy Zinichev was appointed the deputy director of the FSB, the official site of the service reports.
‘’A Lieutenant General was appointed the Deputy Director of the Russian Federal Security Service in October 2016. He has been working in the security services since June 1987,’’ the official site reports.
