Vestnik Kavkaza will launch a weekly live radio program “Topical Problems of the Caucasus” today at 17.00. Alexey Vlasov, Director General of the “Consulting, Analytics, PR” center, Ismail Agakishiyev, head of the Center for Caucasus Studies at the Russian State University for the Humanities, and Giya Saralidze will discuss the latest events in the region.
The topics include the results of the 13th session of the Russian-Azerbaijani inter-governmental commission held on March 18, prime ministers as the new co-chairs of the commission and Alexander Khloponin, Russian authorized presidential envoy to the North Caucasian Federal District.
Another topic for discussion is the development of Georgian television, which is oriented to the Russian language, and the policy of Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili in the North Caucasus.
