The National Exhibition of the Belarus Republic started in the Heidar
Aliyev sports complex in Baku, Azerbaijan. The exhibition presents
companies and groups producing crystal, furniture, tyres, cars, meat
and milk products, alcoholic drinks, information technology and other
products, Turan reports.
The Minsk automobile plant presented a wide selection of cargo and
construction engineering, as well as passenger buses. Special
attention was paid to the new extra capacity bus, 10 of which have
already been ordered by Transqeyt.
The first National Exhibition took place in 2007 as a result of the
visit of Belarussian President Alexander Lukashenko to Baku. The
exhibition ends on May 7th.
Similar exhibitions have been organized before, in Russia, India, Iran
and other countries with millions of consumers.
