North Ossetia marked today the 140h anniversary of the Academic Russian Theatre named after famous Ossetian Evgeny Vahtangov. The first theater in Ossetia, it was founded in Vladikavkaz April 15, 1871.
The theatre's team of actors is headed by national artist of Russia, Honoured Artist of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania Vladimir Uvarov.
