Works of North Ossetian, Kabardino-Balkarian and Dagestani craftsmen are presented in a 120-square-meter pavilion. National costumes, wood incrustation, bronze and ceramic objects as well as jewellery are among the items presented to the public by Caucasian artists. It is the first time that Caucasian craftsmen have presented their art at an international exhibition.
The expo is due to be opened after a ceremony held to commemorate the tragic events in Beslan in 2004.
