The Information-Analytical Center of Moscow State University, with the
assistance of the Azerbaijani Embassy in Russia, held an expert
seminar on Friday, entitled "Republic of Azerbaijan: 20 years of
Independence” .
The participants discussed a wide range of issues, reflecting upon the
recent history of Azerbaijan at regional and global levels.
The expert workshop was attended by representatives of the expert
community, academics and journalists from Russia and Azerbaijan.
The Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Russia, Polad Bulbuloglu, noted the
high level of bilateral relations between the two countries in the
opening speech.
