The South Ossetian Construction Ministry may soon start building the
State National Museum, Yuga.ru reports.
Minister Chermen Khugayev said that they will use classic
architecture. Construction will start this year and will be held in
two stages.
The first stage will include construction of a regional natural
history museum on Khetagurov Street, where the state bank office was.
It will comprise a museum depository, exposition halls, restoration
workshops and administrative buildings.
The second stage will allow the museum to expand its historical and
cultural aspects, science, research and publications. The museum will
have a science library and a cinema hall with 200 seats.
