Batumi is hosting the 13th championship of the "What?Where?When?"
trivia game in South Caucasus on July 29-31. Caucasus Online is the
general sponsor of the intellectual game. Teams from Georgia, Armenia
and Azerbaijan will compete for the Grand Cup, Trend reports.
There will be a total of 55 teams. Winners of the Chrystal Owl,
Alexander Druz (Saint-Petersburg), Alexander Rubin (Moscow), Ilia
Novikov (Moscow) and Yelena Potanina (Odessa) will be at the contest.
Azerbaijan has won 5 out of 12 championships, Georgia - 4, Armenia -
3. The festival is supported by the mayor's office and the city
assembly of Batumi, Adzharian Ministry of Education, Culture and
Sports.
The first round will start today at 14.00.
