Stavropol has concluded the regional stage of the youth contest “Union
of Talents of the North Caucasus”, Stavropolye reports.
It is the second such contest in 2011. Over 100 artists from Stavropol
Territory and the Rostov Region performed at the Victory Park.
Judges will select performers for the International Festival in Sochi
in October. Peter Lobach from Stavropol and the Sosedi ensemble won
the contest.
