Representative of the OSCE for freedom of press, Dunya Miyatovych, will arrive in Tbilisi on October 20 to open the South Caucasus Annual Media Conference, News.am reports.
The conference will stress the regulation of the Internet and pluralism of press. Over 70 journalists, members of non-governmental media resources, MPs, officials and academic figures of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia will arrive.
They will discuss media pluralism in the OSCE region and South Caucasus. Experts will exchange experience in regulating the Internet. Information will be presented on media legislature in the South Caucasus based on an OSCE report.
