Russian People's Artist, Actor of Theater and Cinema Lev Borisov, notorious for his roles as "Antibiotic" in the series "Bandit Petersburg" died today, aged 77, RIA Novosti reports.

Lev Ivanovich Borisov was born at Plese of the Ivanovskaya Region on December 8, 1933. He graduated at the Theater College of Boris Shukin. He was the actor of the Moscow Drama Theater named after Yermolova. He starred in 90 films. The actor became especially popular for his role of a criminal authority Antibiotic in the film "Bandit Petersburg" (2000-2003). Some of his latest films were "A second before..."
