Qabala is hosting the Second International Arts Exhibition, organized by the Azerbaijani Cultural Fund and the Association of Azerbaijani-Korean Cultural Exchange SEBA (Seul-Baku), AzerTAG reports.
The exhibition opened at the Qafqaz Resort on December 17. 116 artists arrived from Azerbaijan, the USA, Germany, Austria, Britain, France, Georgia, Israel, Italy, South Korea, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Russia, Japan, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Turkey and Ukraine.
Rukhangiz Heydarova, SEBA Chairwoman, noted that the exhibition is part of the program for promotion of culture. She thanked Mehriban Hanum Aliyeva, President of the Heydar Aliyev Fund and the Azerbaijani Culture Fund, Goodwill Ambassador of the UNESCO and ISESCO.
Elmir Bagirov, Chairman of the Heydar Aliyev Fund, Academician Tair Salakhov, People’s Artist of Azerbaijan, Russia and the USSR, and South Korean Ambassador Li Ji-Khan made speeches at the exhibition.
