Azerbaijan will publish a book about the museums of Nagorno-Karabakh. Publication agreements were made at a meeting of directors of regional historic and ethnographic museums at the Foundation for Protection of Freedom of Speech, Trend reports.
Directors arrived from the museums of Jabrail, Kelbajar, Fizuli, Zangilan and Lachin.
Vugar Tofigli, Executive Director of the Foundation for Protection of Freedom of Speech, said that, besides publishing the book about museums, they also decided to enrich the www.diyarshunasliq.az website with additional information. The website is maintained by the Council for State Support of NGOs.
The book will be published in the Azerbaijani and English languages. A detailed list of exhibits taken by Armenian museums will be made and evaluated.
Professor Solmaz Magerramov, director of the historic and ethnographic museum of Lachin, PhD in History, noted that the book will give information about all regions of Nagorno-Karabakh.
