Georgian Minister for Culture and Protection of Monuments Nika Rurua has commented on the Georgian-Turkish agreement on memorials after meeting with his Turkish counterpart Ertusul Guney, Georgia Online reports.
Rurua said that Georgian specialists will take part in reconstruction of the temples of Oshka and Ishkhani. He added that Turkish monuments in Georgia will be rehabilitated.
The Turkish minister said that Georgia will provide territory for construction of the mosques of Azizey. Georgian specialists will reconstruct the complex of Ahmed in Akhaltsikh, assisted by Turkish specialists.
