The Art Café in Gori held a presentation of the book “Another Face of War” by Georgian and Ossetian journalists, the first joint publication after the war in 2008, Georgia Online reports.
The book was published in Georgian, Russian and Ossetian. It was composed by journalists of the “Kartlosi” paper. Editor of the “21st Century” paper Temur Tskhovrebov gathered information on Ossetian support. About 150 stories from Georgia and Ossetia were gathered, but only 40 were processed.
Megi Bibiluri, editor of the book and head of the Kartlosi NGO, said that, besides positive stories, they learned about the horrors of war.
The project was supported by COBERM, and financed by the European Union and the UN Development Program. The book will be presented in Russian in Tskhinvali.
