National Department of Hydrometeorology of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan has announced a preliminary forecast for the period of the Eurovision 2012 contest in Baku. The semi-finals of the contest will be held on May 22 and 24, final - May 26, Trend reports.
The Department told Trend that on May 21 Baku expects partly cloudy weather without precipitation, fog in places. During the day, the north-west wind will change by the southeast. The temperature will be 15-20 degrees at night, 25-29 degrees during the day.
On May 26 cloudy weather will prevail, in the morning and afternoon rain is expected. Wind is northern moderate, occasionally with amplification. The air temperature is 14-18 degrees at night and 21-24 degrees during the day.
The 57th Eurovision Song Contest will be held in the Baku Crystal Hall near State Flag Square.
